Ford Model A 1930 Description
REDUCED For Sale: 1930 Ford Model 'A' Tudor Sedan. VIN# AP229317. In excellent running condition and near perfect body. Off-Frame restoration and engine rebuild in 1995 / 1996 before I purchased her in 2002. Less than 1000 miles since restoration. Total repaint in 2005 to return it to an authentic Ford color, ndalusian Blue. All original and to the best of my knowledge all OEM parts. She is a driver and could very easily be brought up to 1st Place show condition. We took 3td place in it's class at the 2007 Mountaineer Antique Auto Club Car Show. The drivers seat has an after-market mounting frame with an adjustable slide forward and back. I am tall and the extra leg room makes for a much more pleasant driving experience. New Lighting Wire Harness loom. All electrical items (other than windshield wiper) function as designed. Fresh Oil change and Lube. The 6 volt generator has been replaced with an alternator. The only mechanical issues are: The exhaust manifold has a small leak. ( personally I like the clackity-clack sound ) The windshield wiper is mounted, ut not electrically connected. The fuel gauge is stuck on 0. I purchased her in 2002 and have driven her around Western North Carolina on a routine basis in pleasant weather. I love the vehicle, ut need to consolidate my "collection" to move on to another love, y 1953 Dodge Pickup. I have a fair collection of books, anuals and a few extra parts that will be included. If the car is not what you expected I will refund your bid. I would expect the winner to make arrangements to inspect the car and make that commitment within 14 days of the auction's end. If you need, would be glad to store the vehicle for a while in case you need some time to make arrangements to pick her up. Please contact us if you have any questions. I am also going to list her on Craig's list (yuck!) and so reserve the right to take down the listing prior to any bids.eBay Turbo Lister
